Focused upskilling for your team: 1:1 or small group
You know the one skill that would take a strong person on your team further. Name it, and I'll build it with them, on their real work, funded from the learning budget you already have.
If one of these sounds like someone on your team, that is the skill we work on.
A 60-minute briefing before we start. You tell me who, which skill, and the context around them: their role, their stakeholders, what you see in their work.
Four 1:1 sessions, or a workshop day for a group, built around their real projects and the skill you named.
What your employee shares with me stays between us. That trust is what lets them bring the real situation, not a polished version of it.
A 30-minute debrief at the end on outcomes and observable change: what they worked on, what shifted, and what to watch for next.
They return with the skill, the tools and an approach already tested on their own work.
The briefing and debrief are part of every engagement and included in the price.
One person with one skill to build, or a small group facing the same challenge.

Booking for several people, or more than one team? Multiple Skill Sprints and larger workshops are priced together. Mention it on your intro call.
Each sprint or workshop focuses on one topic. These come up most often.
Not on the list? Bring it to your intro call.
We start with where the skill shows up in their work right now: a stakeholder, a presentation, a decision. One specific situation, examined closely.
We work out how they'll handle it (the conversation, the message, the plan) before they put it into practice.
They put it into practice between sessions. We refine the approach based on what happened, not what should happen in theory.
We close by turning what worked into an approach they can rely on again, for the next situation, not only this one.
A workshop day follows the same arc in one day. The group brings real situations, builds an approach together, practices it in pairs and leaves with tools for the next time.
I've spent my career inside product and technology organizations, as CPO, CTO and VP Product, including at Amazon. I've written the "they're great, but…" sentence about people on my own teams, and I've done the work of closing that gap with them. Your employee gets a coach who has hired, led and promoted people in their world, not only coached them.
"Her sparring consistently sharpens our thinking without taking decisions away from us."
"Inbal is a straight shooter, who's not afraid to challenge you and even disagree when needed, but does so in a very pleasant way."
"Inbal knew how to inspire and bring the best out of everyone around her, not just her reports."
"Your sharp insights, constant encouragement, and practical advice truly made such a big difference."
"Inbal helped me achieve exactly what I aimed at, and thanks to her being such a positive person, the process was a blast!"
"Her drive to produce great results and her understanding of engineering processes and business will create awesome products. She is a doer."
In the 30-minute debrief we go over outcomes and observable change: what they worked on, what shifted and what to watch for next. The content of the sessions stays between your employee and me, and that confidentiality is what makes the work honest and useful.
Start with the intro call, with or without them. I'll help you present the sprint as what it is: an investment in someone you rate highly.
Yes. Each person gets their own sprint on their own skill, and several sprints booked together are priced as one engagement. If several people share the same skill, a workshop day is the more efficient choice.
Yes. Five keeps the day hands-on, with time for every participant's own case. For a larger group, we shape the format and the price together on your intro call.
The 1:1 sessions run by video call. Workshops run in person in Berlin or remotely, whichever suits your team.
Sessions and workshops run in English.
Nothing is owed beyond it. If ongoing work makes sense, we scope that separately, with everything from the sprint as the foundation.
