The Foundational Sprint: 1:1, four sessions

Your learning budget resets in January. Use it, or lose it.

Most personal learning and development stipends go unused each year, not for lack of worthwhile options, but because it's easy to hesitate, or simply forget, until the deadline has already passed. The Foundational Sprint gives you direct access to the kind of executive coaching senior leaders keep on retainer, for €1,075, funded entirely through the budget you already have.

What it is

Four 1:1 sessions with an executive coach, dedicated entirely to the real challenge you are facing as a manager right now. The same caliber of support senior executives rely on, applied to your specific situation.

What it isn't

Not a course. Not a cohort. Not months of open-ended coaching. A focused, structured engagement designed to fit within a budget that expires soon.

Who this is for

How the four sessions work

01

Name the real problem

We start with what is happening on your team right now, not a generic leadership framework. One specific situation, examined closely.

02

Build your approach

We work through how you'll handle it (the conversation, the decision, the plan) before you put it into practice.

03

Try it, then adjust

You put it into practice between sessions. We return to refine your approach based on what happened, not what should happen in theory.

04

Make it repeatable

We close by turning what worked into an approach you can rely on again, for the next difficult conversation, not just this one.

Most personal learning and development stipends fall in the €1,000 to €2,000 range. At this price, this sprint fits entirely within one, with no approval process beyond what you would already need to expense it. If it's clear by the end that ongoing work makes sense, we scope that separately, with everything from the sprint as the foundation.

Questions before you book

What happens on the free intro call?

You'll share what you're navigating right now, and we'll talk through whether the sprint is the right fit. There's no pressure to book afterward.

How do I know if I have this budget?

Check with HR or your manager. Many companies offer a personal development stipend that isn't widely advertised. If you're not sure, it's worth asking.

Does this need my manager's approval?

Usually the same process you'd use for a course or conference. Check your company's expense policy for professional development spend.

What if my situation doesn't fit neatly into "leadership"?

Most real management problems don't. The first session establishes the actual shape of the issue rather than fitting it to a template.

What happens after the four sessions?

Nothing is owed beyond that. If ongoing coaching makes sense, we can talk about it, but the sprint is designed to stand on its own.

Your stipend doesn't roll over.
